My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, equipped with all the necessary amenities, but there was a noticeable smoking smell lingering. The service, while prompt and professional, faced a language barrier as the staff couldn't speak much English or Cantonese. The location was excellent, with easy access to a nearby subway station and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The dining experience lacked variety and warmth, especially with lukewarm food and inattentive staff. Overall, the hotel offered a good value for money with some room for improvement in certain areas.

I was delighted with the spacious and reasonably priced rooms that provided great comfort, even though the decor felt a bit old-fashioned and woody. The persistent cigarette smell was a downside. The service, although lacking a bit of warmth initially, turned out to be very helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location, right on top of the Shaibu metro station, made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Dong Men district. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short with lukewarm food and neglectful staff, but the location and friendly service compensated well.
